To enhance the energy conversion efficiency of a piston cycle, and suppress occurrence of environmental pollution including CO2, by forming a double-end diameter enlarged piston an a crankshaft in a manner that the double-end diameter enlarged piston is reciprocated and the crankshaft is directly rotated by isolation combustion and isolation canceling in a diameter contracted main combustion chamber by a diameter contracted piston.
A diameter contracted piston is projected in the approximately central section of a recess part 1 having the taper peripheral parts 32 of respective diameter enlarged pistons on both right and left sides of a double-end diameter enlarged piston. Also, a slant scavenging hole 33 and a slant exhaust hole 34 are arranged to exhaust and scavenge over before and behind right and left dead centers. Then, in a compression stroke after scavenging, the separation of a diameter contracted main combustion chamber is started by a diameter contracted piston having a wide projected part, in which a taper root part 2, a flange-like uneven part 6 and a plurality of noise reducing grooves 15 formed in the periphery of an end, are arranged. Next, air compressed in a diameter enlarged combustion chamber, is ejected in a slant transverse direction from slant air channels 14... to the inside of the diameter contracted main combustion chamber via a one-way air channel 4, and mixed with the fuel of a fuel injection valve 5, and a crankshaft is rotated by power at the time of combustion.
