Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a D2 standard video adjusting device capable of adjusting even the phase of an original digital video signal provided with a synchronizing signal not fitted in D2 standard other than an original digital video signal of D2 standard.
CONSTITUTION: A digital video signal input terminal 1, a D2 synchronizing separator circuit 3 which fetches the synchronizing signal of D2 standard, and a digital synchronizing separator circuit 4 which fetches the synchronizing signal from a digital video signal are provided. A synchronizing signal switch 5 which takes a D2 synchronizing signal when the D2 synchronizing separator circuit 3 detect the synchronizing signal, and takes the synchronizing signal outputted from the digital synchronizing separator circuit 4 in the case other than that is provided. Also, a phase comparator 6 which adjusts the synchronizing signal of an original video signal so as to fit the output of the synchronizing signal switch 5 in the reference synchronizing signal of the D2 standard video adjusting device, and a video signal delay circuit 7 which synchronizing the original video signal with the reference synchronizing signal are provided.
