Title:
直流式灰溶融炉
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3617579
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problems that since carbon is used as a movable electrode dipped in melted ash, the movable electrode is broken halfway owing to oxidization wear in a furnace, and hence melting efficiency, power source unit, and electrode original unit are lowered. SOLUTION: A fuzzy arithmetic operator 25 estimates the present position of a movable electrode 4 on the basis of the magnitude of a melting sound detected by a microphone 21, temperature of a heating part of the movable electrode 4 measured by a temperature sensor 24, and a current measured by a current meter 12. Hereby, the operator estimates a difference between the present position and an optimum position where the movable electrode 4 is not exposed from combusted ash A, and outputs it as an elevation instruction to a movable electrode elevator 10 whereby the movable electrode 4 is elevated and kept to and at the optimum position.
