Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC motor control device capable of performing stable sensorless control for the DC motor without making the motor a special structure and without using a special power supply.SOLUTION: A DC motor control device comprises: a power control unit 15 which controls current flowing through an armature coil on the basis of control voltage v*; a current detection unit 16 which detects a current detection value i; voltage command output units 11 and 12 which output a voltage command r corresponding to a speed command ω*; an adaptive model unit 18 which calculates an estimation value i^ of current using the adaptive model of the DC motor on the basis of the voltage command r; a speed estimation unit 19 which calculates an estimation value ω^ of a rotational speed so that the difference (i*-i) between the current detection value i detected by the current detection unit and the estimation value i^ of current calculated by the adaptive model unit asymptotically becomes 0; and a control voltage output unit 13 which calculates control voltage v* on the basis of the voltage command r and the estimation value ω^ of the rotational speed calculated by the speed estimation unit and outputs the calculated voltage to the power control unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
