Abstract:
To provide a ripple detector for a DC motor, capable of individually detecting the rotational states of a plurality of DC motors even if the plurality of DC motors are driven at the same time.SOLUTION: A ripple detector for a DC motor comprises: a shunt resistance that is connected in series to two DC motors which are connected in parallel and have mutually different numbers of ripples per rotation, and detects a combined motor current of both the DC motors; a first acquisition unit 42a that acquires a combined motor ripple in a state of driving both the DC motors at the same time; a memory 43 that stores current ripple data; a computation unit 42b that computes an estimated current ripple by subtracting the current ripple data from the combined current ripple; a first pulse generation unit 42c that generates a first ripple pulse indicating a rotational state of a first DC motor on the basis of the estimated current ripple; and a second pulse generation unit 42d that generates a second ripple pulse indicating a rotational state of a second DC motor on the basis of the current ripple data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
