PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve intended connection without using a DNS server if a connection destination is not obtained from the DNS server.SOLUTION: In a DNS server bypass device, a domain is stored in a list data storage unit when the domain is input after the start of bypass processing. The DNS server bypass device comprises an extraction unit 13 that extracts an IP address corresponding to an input domain from list data in which domains related to the past communication history are associated with IP addresses.
