Abstract:
To provide a method for separating components from milk, and to provide compositions prepared from the separated components.
Complete nutritional milk compositions, such as unflavored milks, flavored milks, ice creams, yogurts and milk powders, which are designed to include per serving size a specified percentage range of one or more components separated from milk are produced by first separating individual components from milk through separation steps such as ultrafiltration or diafiltration, and then mixing the separated components by a desired combination and at a desired ratio.
