Abstract:
To obtain a dairy food and drink, such as milk sealed in a transparent container such as PET bottle, and causing no off-flavor induced by light even being commodity displayed at a store, which is easily affected by sunlight or fluorescent lamp.
This dairy food and drink is obtained by packing contents in a transparent container which substantially shades light of a wavelength zone of 550-720 nm. The shading rate of the container in the wavelength zone is ≥50%. Dissolved oxygen concentration is preferably set to ≤8 ppm. As for the container, the material is preferably polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene naphthalate. As a result of this, it is possible to watch contents from the outside and inhibit off-flavor occurrence by light.
