Abstract:
To provide a system for estimating the degree of damage of a building if a principal shock based on emergency earthquake prediction information takes place by combining information on the degree of damage of the building by the occurrence of the past earthquake with the emergency earthquake prediction information by an emergency earthquake flash report.SOLUTION: A damage estimation system for a building includes a plurality of slave unit modules 11, a master unit module for calculating earthquake information on the basis of measurement information received from the slave unit modules and transmitting a calculation result to a server 13, and the server for diagnosing a damage level of a building 21 by an earthquake on the basis of the earthquake information received from the master unit module. The server includes storage means for storing the earthquake information and the damage level of the building, and reception means for receiving an emergency earthquake flash report, and predicts a damage level of the building by an arrival scheduled earthquake by using estimation information on the arrival scheduled earthquake acquired by the emergency earthquake flash report, the stored earthquake information and information of the damage level of the building after receiving the emergency earthquake flash report.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
