To provide a damper apparatus capable of preventing or suppressing residue of air bubbles in a damper chamber in manufacturing steps.
In a flange part 27 of a rotor 11 which partitions a damper chamber 30 of a damper apparatus 7 together with a bottomed cylindrical case 10, a front side annular end surface 41 forms a taper surface inclined to an outer peripheral side in a direction separated from the bottom of the case 10. When viscous fluid is held in the case 10 and a shaft part of the rotor 11 and the flange part 27 are successively inserted from a bottom side of the case 10 in the order and an aperture 14 of the case 10 is directed upward and left as it is in a state in manufacturing steps, bubbles remaining in the damper chamber 30 are moved upward and then moved to the outer peripheral edge side of the flange part 27 along the front side annular end surface 41 of the flange part 27 and discharged to the outside of the damper chamber 30 through a space between an annular outer peripheral surface 40 of the flange part 27 and an annular inner peripheral surface 21 of the case 10.
