Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the performance of an automatic tensioner with a damper device incorporated by decreasing unevenness of the leak-down time every product.
SOLUTION: When tension of a belt is increased, a piston 19 is lowered with a check valve 27 kept closed. A cylinder 13 and the piston 19 wherein the difference between an inside diameter size and an outside diameter is a specific value are combined with each other in order to stabilize the leak-down time required for lowering.
