The damper device is arranged between an input shaft 20 on an engine side and output shafts 66, 76 on a transmission side for absorbing the fluctuation of torque. It comprises a driving side rotating member 22 to be integrally rotated with an engine, driven side rotating members 40, 61 coaxially and rotatably arranged on the driving side rotating member, a damper member 30 arranged in a peripheral space between the driving side rotating member and the driven side rotating member for absorbing the fluctuation of the torque therebetween, and damper performance control means 23, 24, 51 for controlling the performance of the damper member.
