In a damper device composed of several pieces of elastoplastic plates 1 arranged in parallel with each other, and a reaction force jig 2 supporting each both ends of the elastoplastic plates 1 and fixed to a main frame of a building or a connecting material such as a panel 5 or a frame connected to the main frame, installing holes 1a, 1b are provided on both sides of the elastoplastic plate 1 respectively, and a long bolt 4 is inserted through the installing holes 1a, 1b to closely support the elastoplastic plate 1 between the reaction force jigs 2.
