The damper device 4 includes; a plurality of radially outer damper springs 10, 10 arranged on an outer circumference; and a first plate 17 constituting an input member 14 in an input side having the above radially outer springs 10 arranged therein, in which an engaging groove 38 is formed on an end edge of the first plate 17 so as to mesh with a single plate clutch 35. In a drum plate 18 combined with the first plate 17 to constitute the input member 14, a drum part 24 is continuously formed where a clutch plate of a multi-plate type clutch 6 meshes.
