Abstract:
PURPOSE: To damp inertia force of mass in the movement of an oscillating member by providing a damper device with an elastic device for acting the reaction to return the oscillating member for controlling the selection of yarn to an intermediate position in combination.
CONSTITUTION: A dobby loom is provided, in conjunction, with the elastic devices which are provided with a short rod 12 oscillating around a stationary pin 13 and a fork joint 5a cooperating therewith at a connecting bar 5 for transmitting the oscillation of an arm 1a to induce the vertical displacement in the perpendicular direction of a heald frame 7 as the oscillating member to bent levers 3 on both right and left sides via a connecting rod 2, are parallel detained with the one-side ends of plural springs 15 and 15% to both end portions of a double T-shaped plate 14 pivotally supported to the short rod 12 and are respectively parallel detained with the other ends thereof to cross plates 16 and 16' connected via annular members 18 and 18' and adjusting screws 17 and 17'. The resetting force as the reaction to return the connecting bar 5 and the heald frame 7 to the intermediate position is acted by the elastic balance of the elastic devices, by which the peak of the load generated at the time of direction changing of the oscillating member movement is lessened.
