This damper device 5 with the torque limiter is interposed between the output shaft of a motor and the power transmission shaft of a transmission. The torque limiter 7 positioned on a side closer to a torque input-side than a torsional damper 8 includes: sandwiching plates 10, 11 with lining material 20, which are provided on both sides of a sliding plate 9 functioning as an input member and which function as output members; a coned disk spring 12; and a seat member 21. One sandwiching plate 10 and the other retainer plate 13 doubling as the seat member 21 are connected to each other by pins 24, and the lining material 20 is pushed to the sliding plate 9 by a predetermined set load by the coned disc spring 12.
