To provide a damper device capable of appropriately absorbing a plurality of torque fluctuations different in magnitude with appropriate hysteresis.
A torque transmission means 32 for transmitting a rotating force of a first flywheel 30 connected to an engine side to a second flywheel 31 connected to a transmission mechanism side is provided with an intermediate member 38 capable of exhibiting an independent behavior by itself and a plurality of damper springs 37 which are linearly arranged via the intermediate member 38. A damper spring 37 at an end of its circumferential direction contacts with a first torque transmission part 33 of the first flywheel 30 and a damper spring 37 at the other end of its circumferential direction contacts with a second torque transmission part 35 of the second flywheel 31. The intermediate member 38 has an engaging part 41 for engaging with an inside long hole 36 formed for the second flywheel 31 along the circumferential direction and the engaging part 41 slidably contacts with the inside long hole 36 and rockably engages with the intermediate member 38 around its contacting position.
