To improve vibration damping characteristics while reducing rigidity of a damper device.
The damper device 10 includes a drive member 11 to which a power from an engine as a prime mover is transmitted, a first intermediate member 12 to which the power is transmitted from the drive member 11 by way of a first spring SP1, a second intermediate member 14 to which the power is transmitted from the first intermediate member 12 by way of a second spring SP2, and a driven member 15 to which the power is transmitted from the second intermediate member 14 by way of a third spring SP3. The first spring SP1 and the second spring SP2 are arranged on the outer peripheral side of the third spring SP3, almost in the same circumference, to adjoin each other.
