To enable manufacture of a damper device at low cost which has torque characteristics hardly influenced by the use environment.
The damper device includes: a metallic case 3 having a cylindrical inner space 2; a rotor 5 having a blade 4, which is rotatable in the inner space 2 and extends in a circumferential direction to come into slide contact with an inner circumferential face of the case 3; a viscous oil 6, with which the inner space is filled; a cap member closing the inner space 2; and a pressure bulkhead part 8 that divides the inner space 2 in a circumferential direction. The pressure bulkhead part 8 is composed of: a protrusion 11 protruding from the inner circumferential face of the inner space 2 in a rotation axis direction of the rotor 5; and an assembly member 12 to be fitted into a space between the rotational axis of the rotor 5 and the protrusion 11.
