To provide a damper device for suppressing rotation of seats.SOLUTION: A clutch disc (10) includes a first rotary member (100) having a housing area (102a1), a seat (400a1) at one end side supported by one end face (104a1) in the housing area (102a1), a seat (400a2) at the other end side supported by the other end face (104a2) opposed to one end face, while holding one elastic member (500A) with the seat at one end side in the housing area, and a second rotary member (200) having an engagement portion (208a1) at one end side rotated to the first rotary member and engaged with the seat at one end side, and an engagement portion (208a2) at the other end side engaged with the seat at the other end side while holding one elastic member with the engagement portion at one end side. The engagement portion at one end side has a projecting portion engaged with a recessed portion (408) of the seat at one end side, and the projecting portion is extended to both sides of a boundary line (L) connecting an outer edge (O) of the engagement portion at one end side and a center of rotation of the second rotary member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
