Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress the vibration of a chassis by allowing a damper disc assembly body which possesses multistage rigidity and multistage hysteresis torque which are suitable for a clutch disc for car to directly shift into the second stage rigidity range on the negative side on returning from a high torsion angle range during high-speed revolution. CONSTITUTION:A clutch disc for a car is constituted of the springy connection of the flange inner peripheral part 3 integrally formed with a hub 1 spline-fitted onto an output shaft and a flange outer peripheral part 4 concentrically arranged outside the inner peripheral part 3 through the first torsion spring 12. The side plates 17 and 18 arranged on the both sides of the flanges 3 and 4 and the flange outer peripheral part 4 are springily connected through the strong second torsion spring 21. In this case, a locking member 33 having a nearly L-figure form is rotatably supported onto the outer peripheral part 4 by a pin 18 and turned outwardly against a torsion spring 39 by the centrifugal force during high-speed revolution, and a lock pin 35 is inserted into the teeth parts 5 and 6 on the inner and outer peripheral parts 3 and 4, and the both 3 and 4 can be formed integrally.
