To attain high productivity by improving assemblability and restraint of abnormal noise when a different energizing force from a driving force is applied to a damper.
A damper driving structure includes: a casing 30 having an air flow path; a damper 49 provided in the air flow path of the casing 30 and opening and closing the air flow path; and a driving link 104 connected to the damper 49. The damper 49 is structured to operate between a closing position in abutting onto a seal portion 30b formed inside the casing 30 and an opening position in separating from the seal portion 30b. A biasing portion 104d for biasing the damper 49 toward the opening position is formed integrally with the driving link 104. The biasing portion 104d applies a biasing force to the driving link 104 when the damper 49 is in an area from a position just before the damper 49 abuts onto the seal portion 30b to a position when the damper 49 abuts onto the seal portion 30b.
