Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device of light weight, reduced in the number of components, and having a good characteristic.SOLUTION: A spiral spring 21 is formed into the spiral shape wound along a fiber direction while using a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic as a material, an inner peripheral end of the spiral spring 21 is connected to a crank shaft 1 of an engine through an inner holder 22 (input element), and an outer peripheral end of the spiral spring 21 is connected to a front cover 31 (set block 60) through an outer holder 24 (output element). Further the spiral spring 21 is attached so that its winding direction is agreed with a rotating direction of the engine. Thus a large torsion angle can be obtained while securing high strength by utilizing low rigidity and high tensile strength of the carbon fiber-reinforced plastic.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
