An intermediate plate 116 is relatively rotatably arranged between a hub plate 101, guide plates 107 and 108 and a connecting plate 111, and springs 121a, 121b, 121c and 121d are interposed between the guide plates 107 and 108 and the intermediate plate 116. An engaging-separating means is arranged for separating the intermediate plate 116 from the connecting plate 111 by engaging with the hub plate 101 by energizing force of the springs 121a, 121b, 121c and 121d in response to a relative rotation position of the hub plate 101, the guide plates 107 and 108 and the connecting plate 111, and separating the plate from the hub plate 101 against the energizing force of the springs 121a, 121b, 121c and 121d, and engaging the plate with the connecting plate 111.
