Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a viscous fluid sealed damper which is easily attached to a supporting body and a supported body, and to obtain a manufacturing method of the viscous fluid sealed damper.SOLUTION: A damper includes: an adapter 11 connected with a sheet metal shaft continuing into one of a supporting body and a supported body; and a rubber body 12 which receives vibration to fluctuate and is formed by a rubber elastic body. The damper is disposed between the supporting body and the supported body to damp vibration. The adapter 11 has: an insertion recessed part 15 into which the sheet metal shaft may be inserted; and an insertion part 16 inserted into the rubber body 12. The rubber body 12 has an attachment recessed part 17 which receives the adapter 11. Existence of a volatile lubricant between the insertion part 16 and the attachment recessed part 17 allows the attachment recessed part 17 to rotate relative to the insertion part 16. Vanishment of the volatile lubricant between the insertion part 16 and the attachment recessed part 17 enables the insertion part 16 and the attachment recessed part 17 to be fixed to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
