Title:
DAMPER MECHANISM AND DAMPER DISK ASSEMBLY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3767725
Kind Code:
B
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a fact that an excessive press is exerted on a member on the output side and to generate stable hystersis torque by a method wherein the member on the output side of a damper is axially movably engaged with an output hub and axially movably situated following movement of a hub flange.
SOLUTION: When the power of an engine is inputted to a clutch disc assembly 1, a torsion spring 7 at a low rigidity damper 8 is compressed in a range of torque being low, second stage torsion springs 5 and 6 at a high rigidity damper 28 are compressed in a range of torque being high, and torque is transmitted to an output hub 4 from an input rotary body 2. Further, when torque is increased, the rotation body 2 on the input side and a hub flange 3 are relatively rotated, and wear is progressed. The hub flange 3 and a fixed plate 9 are pressed through the force of a cone spring, bus since the operation plate of the low rigidity damper 8 is slidably engaged with an engaging groove 41, it is prevented from occurring that a press force is excessively exerted.
