A method for manufacturing the damper pulley made of metal sheet includes: a first ribbing step of forming the inner diameter side wall 1 into a large diameter inner diameter side wall 1A which connects to a web part 2, and a small diameter inner diameter side wall 1B which connects to the inner diameter side wall 1A via one side oblique wall 5a constituting one side of V-shaped cross section of a rib 5; a second ribbing step of forming the small diameter inner diameter side wall 1B into a conical shape expanding axially outward; and a third ribbing step of straightening the conical inner diameter side wall 1B to be flush with the large diameter inner diameter side wall 1A, and also to form the other side oblique wall 5b constituting the other side of the V-shaped cross section of the rib 5.
