In this damper for a speaker, each of a plurality of support arms is provided with an external circumferential coupling portion coupled to an external circumferential fixing portion, an internal circumferential portion coupled to an internal movable portion, and an arm having a predetermined width W and coupling the external and internal coupling portions. The arm has a plurality of through-holes piercing in a direction perpendicular to a plane defining the arm, and a dimension , defining the maximum external dimension of the through-holes is larger than the width W of the arm.
