To provide a damper spring device capable of restraining damaging, and capable of restraining influence of surging.
The damper spring device 60 is provided with a first spring 63 and a second spring 67 held by a stopper 80 while being compressed by a preload. The preload to the second spring 67 is greater than a mounting load of the first spring 63. The first spring 63 and the second spring 67 have load-deflection characteristics adapted such that, when an axial load acting on the first spring 63 in the direction of compression thereof is not more than a load by which at least portions of the wire 63a of the first spring 63 make close contact with each other, only the first spring 63 deflects and, when the axial load increases to a level greater than the load by which the at least portions of the wire 63a of the first spring 63 make close contact with each other, both the first spring 63 and the second spring 67 deflect.
