To eliminate variations in limiter torque by filling up lubricating oil in a damper with a limiter which forms a power transmission mechanism of a hybrid vehicle.
This damper 1 with the limiter provided with a plurality of damper springs 5, 5... is provided in an outer case 4 composed of a front cover 14 connected to a drive plate 17 and a rear cover 15. Friction materials 11, 11 are provided on the peripheral part of the disk 8 of the damper 1, and the peripheral part of the disk is sandwiched between the front cover 14 and a limiter plate 2 push-pressed by a spring. A hub 13 formed with a shaft hole 12 for fitting an output shaft 19 is attached to the center of the damper 1, a seal member 20 is mounted between the outer periphery of the hub and the inner periphery of a sleeve, and the shaft hole 12 of the hub 13 is closed without penetration.
