The damper D comprises a columnar storing recessed part 14, a housing 11 having a cam part 15 that lies in the central part of the bottom of the storing recessed part 14, projects in the axial direction of the storing recessed part 14, and has two cam surfaces 15a circumferentially at front ends, a rotor 31 rotatably stored in the storing recessed part 14, a cam body 41 that can move in the axial direction of the rotor 31, can turn by a predetermined angle with respect to the rotor 31, and circumferentially has two cam surfaces 42a slidably contacting with two cam surfaces 15a, a coil spring 51 that is filled between the cam body 41 and the rotor 31 and contacts the cam body 41 with the cam part 15 by pressure, and viscous fluid 71 filled into the storing recessed part 14.
