PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper capable of reducing torque input to a low-torque side in a case where a limiter part works.SOLUTION: A damper 100 includes: a third rotation member 3 provided between a first rotation member 1 and a second rotation member 2; and a limiter part 102 relatively rotating the third rotation member 3 and the second rotation member 2 in a case where the differential value of torque between the third rotation member 3 and the second rotation member 2 is a predetermined value or more.
