To provide a damping body which effectively uses rubber as a waste material at low cost, has no limit in size of the product, and is less deteriorated by crushing the rubber or forming it into chips, by aggregating them, and by wrapping the aggregate with a rubber layer.

Two rubber hemispheres 28 are prepared, thin unvulcanized rubber is applied on the rubber hemisphere 28 edge, and left/right rubber hemisphere 28 are stacked together. The joint part is heated and completely joined together so as to be formed into a rubber spherical body 34. There is no limit in the working size of the rubber spherical body 34 product and the used tire as a waste material can be effectively used so as to be a product eco-friendly to the global environment.
