PURPOSE: To cope with any vibration of extensive frequencies effectively, and to show a high damping effect irrespective of any vibro-direction as well as to make it simple and economic in terms of structure.

CONSTITUTION: This damping device consists of two frame 20 to 21 being clamped to a subject damping a vibration and two vibrators 23 to 24 rotatably attached to these frames. If the subjects, namely, these frames 20 to 21 are vibrated, these vibrators 23 to 24 in the subjects vibrate in the opposite direction to the vibration direction of the subjects, thereby controlling the vibration of the subjects.
