Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damping device capable of improving Q of resonance and effectively consuming oscillation energy of an object to be dampened.SOLUTION: A resonance circuit is comprised of a piezoelectric element 1 fixed on an object 4 to be dampened; a pseudo-inductance circuit 2 and a negative resistance circuit 3 each connected in series to the piezoelectric element 1. A negative resistance of the negative resistance circuit 3 is offset by a parasitic resistance of the resonance circuit. Preferably, the negative resistance circuit 3 is a negative resistance circuit with a variable resistance value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
