To simplify a wire harness, and to prevent the occurrence of electromagnetic jamming, in a suspension control device.
A terminal module 5 is installed and a power source 7 is connected in a damping force adjusting type hydraulic shock absorber 2 of respective wheels. The respective terminal modules 5 are connected to a controller 3 by one communication line 6. Various sensors 4 are connected to the controller 3. Required damping force is arithmetically operated based on a signal from the various sensors 4 by the controller 3, and a multiplexed control signal is transmitted to the respective terminal modules 5 via the communication line 6. A control current is supplied to an actuator based on the control signal by the terminal modules 5, and damping force of the damping force adjusting type hydraulic shock absorber 2 is controlled. The wire harness is simplified, and the occurrence of the electromagnetic jamming can be prevented by multiplexing the control signal to the respective terminal modules 5 from the controller 3.
