Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a laminated metal plate for various applications which is easy for continuous production applicable to a wide range of plate thickness and has superior weldability together with damping characteristics.
CONSTITUTION: In a laminated steel plate partly welded with a metal plate 1, a resin 2 is placed between the metal plates and the ratio of the welded area between the metal plates is 0.2-20%. The area of the cemented resin between the metal plates is preferably at least 70%. The welding method using a high-energy beam such as a laser beam is effective. The products are used for automobiles, household electric appliances, and industrial machines.
