PURPOSE: To allow the superior vibrationproof function to be developed in a wide temperature range, reduce weight, and reduce the interior noise, by integrally fusion-melting a damping member which is prepared by adding a prescribed quantity of polybuthene into butyl rubber, integrally with a vibrating base plate, damping member, and a restraining member made of resin.
CONSTITUTION: A damping member interposed between a vibrating base plate and a restraining member made of resin for a vehicle is made of the material which is prepared by adding at least 10 - 100 parts wt. polybuthene having a viscosity of 104 - 107cSt at 40°C for 100 parts wt. of butyl rubber, and the vibrating base plate, damping member, and the restraining member made of resin are fused by heating and integrally laminated. Polybuthene having a viscosity of 104 - 107cSt at 40°C provides the function as plasticizer for setting the temperature dispersion of the loss factor within a prescribed temperature region, and provides the proper elasticity for purpose, close attachment performance between the vibrating base plate and restraining member, adhesiveness, etc. Accordingly, a panel for vehicle which provides the superior loss factor in the range where the increase of weight is less can be obtained.
