PURPOSE: To provide a damping structure to provide a sufficient vibration cut-off effect and solid propagation cut-off effect.
CONSTITUTION: Under a lower layer body 10 below a floor slab B on which a track 2 being a vibration generating source is placed, the floor slab B is supported to the inner column 14 of a double structure 16 and the underground floor slabs 13a and 13b of the lower layer body 10 and a direct foundation 9 of the lower layer body 10 are supported by an outer column 15. The lower end part 16a of the column 16 is protruded directly from the under surface of the foundation 9 by a length H being, for example, 1.5 times as long as the wavelength of vibration generated at the track 2 and erected in a state to be inserted in a ground.
