Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a damper valve most suitable for a vehicular hydraulic shock absorber without increasing the number of part items and making its size increased.
CONSTITUTION: A damping valve is composed of a first damping structure so formed as to generate a specific damping force in the middle/high speed range of a piston speed and a second damping structure so formed as to generate a specific damping force in the low/middle speed range. And the second damping structure is formed by laminating a plurality of leaf valves 11, 12..., and an orifice 10b is formed in its center area, and respective leaf valves 11, 12... make their outer peripheral side ends as fixing parts and are provided with nick parts for the orifice for forming the orifice 10b in its center area. Moreover respective leaf valves are provided with one or plural nick parts 11c, 12c,... communicated with the nick parts for the orifice on their inner peripheral side parts and one or plural screening parts 11d, 12d... for screening the nick parts 11c, 12c.
