Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide such a damping valve most suitably used for a hydraulic buffer for a vehicle without bringing reduction of productivity and rising of a cost, while enabling generation of damping force of smooth damping characteristic without bringing any rapid change mode to a change point from orifice characteristic to valve characteristic.
CONSTITUTION: A damping valve is constructed by laminating a plurality of leaf valves 11, 12, ... thereby a plurality of slits 10b extended radially from the center thereof toward and outer circumferential side at the time of laminating. In respective leaf valves 11, 12 ..., the outer circumferential side end parts thereof are formed in fixing parts 11a, 12a, ..., and also one or plural notching parts 11b, 12, ... is are provided on the inner circumferential side part thereof. In respective leaf valves 11, 12, one or plural shielding part(s) 11c, 12c, ... is are provided to shield the notching part 11b (or 12b) of an adjacent leaf valve 11 (or 12) while forming the slit 10b.
