At least one elastic tip hole 311, into which the dart is to be stuck, is provided in an appropriate position in a target segment 30, and a circumferential part of the tip hole 311 has a deformable and elastic opening structure, so that the tips of many types of darts different in size and maker can be easily held in a sandwiched manner. When the tip of the dart is thick, the tip hole 311 is moderately expanded by virtue of the elasticity of the tip hole 311 so as to sandwich the dart. Even if the tip of the dart is thin, the dart can be housed and held in the sandwiched manner in the tip hole 311. A soft member is provided at the lower end of the tip hole 311, so that the dart can be more firmly held on the soft member after passing through the tip hole 311.
