To provide a user with highly accurate prediction results even when defective data is included in data traded in a data trading market.SOLUTION: A collection unit (11) collects numerical data provided by data providers. A prediction unit (12) calculates prediction values based on the numerical data provided by the data providers. A weighting unit (13) assigns weights according to reliability of the data providers to the prediction values.
