Abstract:
To provide a storage medium in which data and an AP can safely be stored via the Internet, etc., even after issuing an IC card and which can allow a system to perform a command.
Mutual authentication is performed between a user device and a data storing device. By using the ID information or key information of the data storing device obtained by the authentication, the user device confirms that its authentication opposite party is a correct data storing device and the data-storing device confirms that its authentication opposite party is a correct user device. By cipher communication, the data storing device transmits the data and the AP to the user device, stores and sets the data and the AP.
