PURPOSE: To improve compatibility between voice information and image information by recording analog voice/image information and digital management information in a single analog recording medium.
CONSTITUTION: Voice/image information that is input via a voice/ image data input section 111 is recorded as it is in an analog data storage section 103 via a main control section 112, while management information corresponding to the above voice/image information that is input from a management information input section 102 is extended to a digital pattern at a frame memory 113, followed by converting the digital pattern to analog information at a D/A converter 114, thereby recording the analog information corresponding to the same storage medium as that for voice/image information.
