To provide a data collection device and a data collection method capable of accurately performing A/D conversion of a measured signal from a sensor at a high speed, and a measuring device including the data collection device.
A data collection device comprises an A/D conversion unit and a memory. The A/D conversion unit receives an input of a series of measurement signals including measurement signals corresponding to measurement conditions, which are obtained by switching the measurement conditions sequentially and periodically on the basis of a first clock signal in a measurement sensor; performs A/D conversion of the measurement signals at the timing of a second clock signal; and sequentially overwrites and temporarily stores it on a register. The memory reads the measurement signals, which are temporarily stored in the register, at the timing of a sampling pulse generated on the basis of the first clock signal; and stores them in a storage position which is determined according to the number of occurrences of the sampling pulse. A measuring device is, for example, a radar device comprising a radar, which is used as a measuring sensor, and the data collection device.
