PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel interface among a facsimile equipment, a computer and a modem.
SOLUTION: This communication system consists of a communication line, a computer 310, a 1st facsimile equipment 302 connected to the communication line, a 2nd facsimile equipment 304 connected to the communication line, and an interface card that has a 1st two-way port connecting to the 1st facsimile equipment 302, a 2nd two-way port connecting to the computer, and a 3rd two- way port connecting to the communication line. Then the interface card provides data received from the 1st facsimile equipment 302 to the communication line and provides data received from the computer 310 to the communication line.
