Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simply send data with wide communication data width to the other processor in a short cycle by reading out the contents of an optional address in a memory and sending the read contents to a communication destination. CONSTITUTION:A request system port register 41 sends a reading request and a communication destination code respectively to a memory 3 and timing registers 44, 54. Communication data are read out from the memory 3 and sent to reading data port registers 43, 53 and a replay signal (a) from the memory 3 is sent to AND gates 45, 55. Thereby, the communication destination code indicating a destination to be transmitted is read out from the registers 44, 54 through the gates 45, 55 and sent to respective processors 1, 2. Respective processors 1, 2 decide the received communication destination codes, and when the code indicates its own device, receive read data from read data port registers 43, 53. Consequently, data communication with wide communication data width can be attained in a short cycle.
