To easily reflect correction contents between data different in media by reflecting the correction contents on other data when one piece of data in data is corrected.
When all data are arranged, various pieces of data are temporarily compiled (authored). In CD-ROM generation, trial CD-ROM, namely, a write once disk is generated. In internet generation, the content-up is performed to a test server. They are corrected and the presence or absence of correction in original DTP generation is detected by checking the column of a correction instruction and the column of update history in the management items of various pieces of data, which are held by a location management database 16. When an update history flag is raised, DTP data is already corrected. Thus, change material data is extracted and the correction content is reflected on CD-ROM generation and internet generation.
