Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve data transfer speed by converting the data transmitted from a server into the data for which the performance, etc., of a client is taken into consideration without changing the specification of the server and making the clinent receive this data
SOLUTION: This system is composed by having a server 101, networks 102 and 104, a multimedia data quantity control repeater 103 and a client 105. Input information including one kind or more of data is received and the kind of each data composing this input information is investigated. When it is judged that the data is preliminarily fixed data as conversion object data to be the data performing the conversion processing of data quantity, the data is extracted from input information and a conversion processing is performed for the data quantity of extracted data in accordance with the preliminarily fixed rule for the kind of the data. The data for which the conversion processing is performed of input information is substituted by the data before the conversion processing, input information is reconstituted and the reconstituted information is outputted.
